Dashboard

The Dashboard is your daily command center. It is designed to give you a 360-degree view of your workday at a glance, allowing you to manage patient flow without leaving the main screen.

Daily overview indicators

At the top of your dashboard, you will find three high-level indicators:

IndicatorWhat it shows
Hoy (Today)Total number of appointments scheduled for the current day
Proximos (Next 7 Days)Your upcoming workload for the week
Proximo Turno (Next Appointment)A countdown/reminder of exactly when your next patient is due

These metrics let you plan your pacing before the first patient arrives and anticipate busy stretches throughout the day.

Real-time notifications

In the top right corner, you will see a bell icon. This is the direct communication bridge between you and the administrative staff.

  • Purpose: Staff can send you specific updates or extra notes regarding a patient (for example: "Patient is running 5 minutes late" or "Requested a specific form").
  • Action: Check this regularly throughout the day. A "Nueva" (New) badge will appear when there is unread information.
Stay current

Make it a habit to glance at the bell icon between patients. Real-time notes from staff help you avoid outdated assumptions about your schedule and prepare for the next consultation.

Managing today's appointments

The central section of the Dashboard shows all patients scheduled for today.

Visual status cues

Appointments are color-coded by status for quick scanning:

  • Green -- Confirmed or active appointments
  • Yellow -- New or pending patients

Each entry displays the scheduled time, patient name, and the reason for visit (for example, Control/Seguimiento), so you can assess context at a glance.

The appointment modal

Clicking on any appointment opens a detailed modal where you can:

  • View the full appointment details including time, service type, and notes
  • Access attached documents through the "Ver Documentos" button
  • Navigate to the patient's full profile
Document security

When you use "Ver Documentos," files are displayed directly within the platform. You do not need to download sensitive patient data onto your personal phone or computer. This keeps you compliant with data privacy standards and saves device storage.

Advanced patient profile

For a comprehensive view of a patient's relationship with your practice, click "View Patient Profile." This section contains several powerful tools:

Direct contact

A one-click "Enviar mensaje de WhatsApp" button opens a chat directly with the patient's registered number. Use this for quick coordination such as confirming attendance or requesting that they bring specific documents.

Booking history

The "Historial de turnos" section shows a timeline of all past interactions, including confirmed visits and no-shows. This helps you:

  • Identify attendance patterns (frequent no-shows, consistent patients)
  • Review what services were provided in previous visits
  • Understand the full context of the patient's journey at your practice

Internal notes

A dedicated space for clinical or administrative observations about the patient.

  • Persistence: Unlike appointment-specific notes, profile notes stay with the patient forever. They are not tied to a single visit.
  • Collaboration: Both you and staff can add notes here, ensuring everyone who interacts with the patient has the same context (for example: "Patient allergic to X medication" or "Bring lab results next visit").
Important distinction

Appointment notes are linked to a single visit and may not be visible after the appointment closes. Use profile notes for information that should persist across all future visits.

Centralized documents

Access the full library of documents uploaded by this patient across all their previous appointments. Everything is organized in one place, eliminating the need to search through individual appointment records.
